"John did a great job of grafting a new trailer hitch to our trailer A-Frame. A complicated job...John had to use a diamond saw blade to remove the steel part of the bent A Frame and then used titanium bits to drill holes in 1" thick steel to couple the part to the frame. John did a great job and now the hitch is stronger than original. I recommend John for any light maintenance work or landscaping!"

I recently used John Lukach & Estate Artistry for a couple of jobs around my yard and was very happy w/ the results.
The first job was to remove two Bradford Pears that had suffered significant damage during the August storm. John removed the debris in short order then worked to get rid of the rest of the trees. Finally, the stumps were ground out. All the work was done as promised & at a reasonable cost.
The second job was prepping the yard for & reseeding the back yard. He did a great job & less than two weeks on I have very good germination & the lawn looks like it'll be a keeper. Again, just as John promised.

I asked around and got some quotes on sod/mulch to repair a track in our back yard the dogs claimed. John went the extra mile to provide options on sourcing the job the way we wanted it done. His estimates were right on and he was prompt in execution of the job.
We liked the product so much we eventually hired him again to restore our deck. Again after offering many options we decided on a course that worked for our situation. John went the extra mile throughout, and always had a smile.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a solid job at a fair price.

Here's an update to my previous post regarding yard work by John Lukach (Estate Artistry LLC);
I hired John to do additional yard work at my Aun'ts house in Hallowing Point. (5944 River Drive) He and his crew cleared out brush, trimmed tree branches, pruned bushes and leaf blowing. In fact there was a whole dumpster full of debris trucked out of there!
As before, he was very professional and easy to work with and I am impressed by his work.
